Being Kind to Yourself

Even when we know ourselves to be kind, patient and loving to others, it can be really hard to offer that same generosity to ourselves.

It’s so easy to get wrapped in those nagging thoughts of self doubt. Or “shame tapes” as Brene Brown might say. That voice that says “I’m not good enough.”, “if only I could ... then everyone would be better off.”, “I’m such bad person for making that mistake.”
